The Nomads of the Grazzendaal Plaines hold this pantheon of alien deities as sacred: supposedly these are the gods that came with them from their mystical homeland of Prax. These gods dictate the harsh way of life necessary for survival on the plaines.

Waha (the Man-God, the Butcher), Eiritha (the Woman-God, Herd Mother), Daka Fal (the Spirit-God) and Urox (the Storm Bull, Berserker-God) are the nomad gods. One other god, Yelmalio (the Son-of-the-Sun), also hails from the mythical world of Glorantha but is not one of the nomad gods - he has his own separate cult which mainly consists of hereditary members, although some nomads or barbarians occasionally join.

All nomads are initiated into the Cults of Prax. Any nomads can gain spells just like a cleric. However the right to call for any particular spell must be earned by performing a minor quest or making sacrifices as specified by a priest of a god who grants that spell. Some spells are common to all, including Yelmalio, but nomad gods do not share their own spells with him, or vice versa. 

Waha followers are forbidden to learn greater healing than Cure Light Wounds; Eiritha followers are forbidden to learn Protection or Fanaticism.

Spirits of certain tribes' ancestors can be summoned by Daka Fal shamans to teach otherwise "forgotten" spells:

Any Tribe (from the Frog Woman spirit): Leap (2nd)

Note that the "Pure Horse" or Zebra Tribe are reputed to be able to cast "Multimissile" and "Speedart" spells - but this tribe does not exist in the world of Pandaria, so they and their spells are therefore only legend.

According to legend, Yelmalio was robbed of his fire powers (inc. Firearrow/Fireblade spells) during the Gods War.
